A few weeks ago we were contacted by a local industrial estate agent who deal with the sale and letting of industrials units and offices in the Hampshire and Surrey area.
They were looking to create a listing for an entire site in Aldershot comprising of a number of small industrial units, and they were keen to show off the size and location of the site from the air. As the site was surrounded on all sides by residential housing, this prevented us from using the drone to take the imagery – however, it was an ideal situation to use our telescopic mast which can be erected virtually anywhere, and still offers a unique elevated perspective. As you can see from the example on the right, the perspective provided by the mast clearly captures the shape and layout of the site, as well as giving an idea of the site’s location with the views to the horizon in the background.

As well as taking a set of aerial images, we also took some basic ground-level shots to complete the package of marketing material that the agent would use to list the development. This not only saved the client time (as all the images could be taken in one go), but it also ensured all the images shared the same style, colouration and quality of lighting, helping to give the entire listing a sense of consistency.
